About Kratom

Kratom leaf is a tropical tree that belongs to the coffee family. Kratom (Mitragyna speciosa) is commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Myanmar.

Leaves, or kratom extract are generally used as stimulants and sedatives. This leaf is also said to treat chronic pain, digestive problems, and as an aid to eliminate opium dependence.

Many scientific journals have researched and studied the benefits and side effects of kratom, both domestically and internationally.

Data analysis shows, kratom has several benefits such as stimulant and sedative effects, and reduce pain.
At low doses, kratom will work like a stimulant. People who have used kratom with low doses claim to be more energized, more alert, and easier to socialize.

One of the highlights came from Marc T Sowgger, professor from the University of Rochester, and Elaine Hart, a researcher.

Reported by the New York Times, they mentioned: “Kratom could secretly be an alternative drug … and our own qualitative studies of people using kratom show that, with a few dangerous side effects, people have succeeded in using kratom to out of opioid addiction and effectively able to treat their pain. “
